I offer counselling services and psychotherapy in Wadhurst, East Sussex, and I also provide online psychotherapy for clients across the UK and internationally.
As a BACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with an MA in Supervision, I have extensive experience working both short- and long-term with individuals and couples. My integrative approach draws from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and various other therapeutic models to cater to each person’s unique needs.
Relationships are central to much of my work. I trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) under Dr Les Greenberg, one of the leading developers of this approach. Since then, I have gained significant experience helping couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional connection.
I also possess a strong interest in emotional and disordered eating, having trained with Professor Julia Buckroyd, a renowned specialist in this field. As a Licensed Practitioner of the Understanding Your Eating (UYE) Programme, I offer a compassionate and evidence-based method to explore and transform the emotional patterns that underlie eating difficulties. I work with clients individually and also facilitate small groups in East Sussex.
Alongside my therapeutic services, I teach Mindfulness and QiGong.
Throughout all aspects of my work, I strive to provide a safe, consistent, and compassionate space for exploration and growth. My holistic approach is rooted in self-compassion, assisting clients in deepening their self-understanding, confidence, and care for themselves and others.
