I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Wadhurst, East Sussex, and also work online with clients across the UK and internationally.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with an MA in Supervision, experienced in working both short- and long-term with individuals and couples. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural and other therapeutic models to suit each person’s unique needs.
Relationships are central to much of my work. I trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) with Dr Les Greenberg, one of the leading originators of the approach, and have since developed extensive experience helping couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust and strengthen emotional connection.
I also have a strong interest in emotional and disordered eating, having trained with Professor Julia Buckroyd, a leading specialist in this field. As a Licensed Practitioner of the Understanding Your Eating (UYE) Programme, I offer a compassionate and evidence-based way to explore and change the emotional patterns underlying eating difficulties. I work with clients individually and also run small groups in East Sussex.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I teach Mindfulness and QiGong.
Across all areas of my work, I provide a safe, consistent and compassionate space for exploration and growth. My approach is holistic and rooted in self-compassion — helping clients deepen self-understanding, confidence, and care for themselves and others.
